Philosophy
Experience
Experience
We all experience grief. There is no one pathway through the pain, but one must walk into its depths in order to heal.
No one grieves the same way, the path is not linear, and there is no set timeline for when the light will start to return.
By expressing thoughts and feelings, learning, and building skills, the cadence and intensity of our grief changes.

Approach
I will learn about your grief and where you are in it — who or what you lost, what you are feeling, the effects on your daily life, and your support systems.
I will teach you about the dynamics of grief and use talk therapy, writing, art, and other ways to help you process your loss and begin to walk a path toward healing and meaning.
